[BK Original Tape] No.033 Be Still

Finding moments of presence and stillness is complex in our often fast-paced lives. Sitting with a pen, paper, and ourselves is one way we can access a window to our inner world. We hope you enjoy taking along the tape designed by our team member Eunice to one of those analogue journeys. 

In the midst of introspection and writing in my journal pages, I noticed words that I repeatedly wrote down throughout my notebook. One that stood out to me and resonates deeply with me is: stillness. I hope this tape is a positive reminder that there is beauty in stillness, not only in your writing moments, but everyday life.
