[haru nomura] Pocket

A beautifully minimal bag at first glance, with a little secret tucked inside. Inspired by the simple structure and cozy comfort of a clothing pocket, a discreet seam along the side reveals a hidden pocket. This little nook is perfect for smaller artifacts such as pens or keys, or even a resting hand. The overall slender silhouette comfortably holds a Traveler’s Notebook Regular, your phone, and a few daily essentials. Enjoy being hands free while you explore the world around you with an extra little pocket to hold only what you need!

❖ Dimensions: 

Body: 26cm H x 15cm W 
Strap: 120 cm (The strap can be shortened as needed by tying a knot at the top of the strap).
(Due to the handmade nature of the bag, the exact dimensions will slightly vary by piece). 

❖ Precautions:

Please note that when the bag is new, the plant dye may transfer from both the inside and outside of the bag, including onto lighter clothing, nude / natural-colored leather artifacts, in addition to items placed inside the bag.

❖ Maintenance and care:

To clean small stains, lightly dab with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains where deep cleaning feels necessary, hand-wash separately in cold or lukewarm water. Please keep in mind that washing may change its color and appearance. When your bag is not in use, allow it to rest in a well-ventilated space, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

❖ Plant Dye reference:

Akane: Indian madder root
Purple: Logwood bark
Light indigo, Indigo: Indian indigo
Green: Japanese bayberry bark
Brown & ink: Persimmon (When the bag is new, these colors have a very stiff/firm texture due to the reinforcing effect of persimmon tannins. Over time and use, they will become soft and shiny. If you are interested in knowing more about persimmon dye, please read this story.)
